Advance preparation is encouraged prior to an on-site consultation to help you organize your input and fully utilize the time. This includes gathering together photos, tear sheets, and any ideas you may have to create those spaces you have always envisioned.
Here are just a few questions to consider:

Troy Bankord, considered by many to be an environmental design visionary, will then personally walk the property with you, offering suggestions while stimulating ideas and solutions. Your own unique personal taste, style and imaginings will then be combined with the property and structural elements to create a plan.
The consultation does not normally include scale drawings or sketches, plantings, materials or written information. However, if you decide to move forward, the consultation fee will be applied toward the design portion of the project cost.
